Ordering

Please use the product code or description next to each item to identify the item and or colour required. In the case of colour families, Quilters Palette or Heavenly Grades, use the name and the code letter ‘A’, ‘B’ etc., where necessary. If you are uncertain of the code please feel free to contact us either by e-mail or telephonically and we will assist you. Please supply name, postal address and e-mail when you place your order.

Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation, either via telephone or e-mail. An invoice will be e-mailed to you, giving our banking details.

Once we have received full payment, we will dispatch your order.

All our fabrics are 150 cm wide (60 inches).

Product Colour.

We have made every effort to photograph the items and reproduce the colours as accurately as possible. However, different computer monitors display colours differently. A colour calibrated monitor will help. The paler fabric ranges in particular may not be fully representative of the range. If necessary, call us for assistance.

Payment.

Payments for orders placed on this web site can be made by electronic transfer once your order is confirmed. You will receive our banking details with your confirmed order. We do not take payments directly on this web site.At this stage, payments apply to South Africa only. Overseas customers please contact us for further information.

Postage & Delivery

Postage is calculated by weight and added to your order using the existing postal tariffs. Postage costs are for one address in South Africa. At this stage we are covering South Africa only. Interested buyers from overseas are welcome to contact us directly. Delivery takes up to 7 working days and 2 weeks, depending if the item is in stock or if has to be manufactured (South Africa only). For overseas deliveries it will depend on the postal service chosen.

Availability

We update this website monthly, and we endeavor to remain in stock at all times. However, as we are in the manufacturing process, we can and do make to order. This takes awhile, hence the lead times given above.
